HessianCole can assist with design, planning, and building regulations on your window installation. We can deal with all aspects of your installation.

We are fully accredited members of the VELUX Certified Installers scheme.
The scheme provides consumers with pre-vetted roof window installers that have received training from VELUX and have satisfied various checks, including:
- Examination of their financial records and trading history
- Regular on-site inspections of new installations and replacement roof windows
- Provision of relevant documents such as public liability insurance
- Credit checks
- References from previous customers

VELUX flat roof windows are available in square and rectangle sizes. All sizes are available as the INTEGRA remote control model.
Certass Registered Installers
HessianCole are Certass registered installers, allowing us to self-certify replacement roof window installations. Although at time of installation often overlooked, building regulations are often requested during any future sale of the property. Certass and FENSA members should provide certificates following installation of replacement windows, skylights, or rooflights.
All Certass competent persons scheme members are regularly audited, both on-site and at business premises. Certass also check our business processes and procedures to make sure that we meet the requirements of the Government-endorsed, UKAS-accredited competent persons scheme standards.

What is the minimum pitch for VELUX windows?
Standard pitched roof VELUX windows can be installed as low as 15 degrees and we do not recommend going lower than this.
