Options
VELUX Modular Skylights can be specified with a width of 675 - 1000mm and a length of 600 - 3000mm.
The Modular Skylights are available with low energy double or triple glazing. Theres also options on sun protection tints and electrochrome remote control tint.
Internal blinds and external awnings are also avaialble.

Installation
The installation of VELUX modular rooflights requires a pre built upstand in either a flat or pitched roof.
The upstand is made watertight with the roof covering used on your project, following this the VELUX modular rooflights can be installed along with the integrated flashing to provide a quick and simple process and get your new build/extension in the dry.
The modular system also reduces install costs as each section can usually be put in place with 2 -4 persons rather than crane lift.
